TERMS AND CONDITIONS, STATEMENT OF POLICY AND AGREEMENT

This is the official NeedToBreathe Breathers [Organization] Statement of Policies and Procedures otherwise referred to as Terms and Conditions or Rules of Conduct by which all NeedToBreathe Breathers must adhere to at all times, and the Organization, at its sole discretion, may amend from time to time. As a NeedToBreathe Breathers, I [we if married or in partnership ] agree that I am of legal age in my residential jurisdiction to enter in to this Agreement. I agree that I am, at all times, an Independent Contractor and not an employee of the Organization, and therefore, I will be responsible for all applicable taxes in my relationship with the Organization. I will not make earnings claims and I will not misrepresent the Organization. I understand the Organization's Products and Compensation Plan may be amended from time to time at the sole discretion of the Organization. I understand that my failure to abide by this Agreement will be grounds for immediate termination, and with that termination I agree to forfeit all and any claims against the Organization whatsoever, including but not limited to, earnings & prizes. I further agree to indemnify the Organization and hold harmless its owners, employees, officers, directors, affiliates, and subsidiaries from all causes of action of any kind whatsoever effective with the date of this Agreement and for all time forward. I further understand that any and all earnings, or prizes of any kind will depend solely on my own personal efforts and there are no earnings or prize guarantees. I agree that my account could be locked or closed withouth notice for any violation of Terms or at the Organization's discretion. I agree that I have carefully read and fully understand This Statement of Policy and Agreement. I further agree that this is the entire Agreement between the Organization and myself and that there is nothing oral, written or implied outside of this Agreement. I understand and agree that clicking the "I Agree" check box on the Join page is my full acceptance and electronic signature.
